At present when Facebook is dominating the social media with its special features and the like and sharing button, Google came up with its own sharing button, Google +1 to give completion to Facebook. Google is leading internet with its search engine from long time but now it's paving way in the people by giving connecting them through its social media and +1 button.
Google is known to bring up something new for users and this time also with the same thought in mind, they presented +1 button to give better usability to its users. While other social media websites are confined to their websites and can't show these likes and sharing outside, Google integrated this with their search engine so that people can see the votes for a particular site in SERPs. This has a great impact on the world of SEO as Google announced that the percentage of +1 button might affect the ranking in SERP for logged in users as it will shows the websites up in SERP which is plus one by his/her friends. It allows users to like websites and content that they found helpful and Google will value those websites.

So now users have the option to give feedback for a website that they actually found helpful and recommend the same to their friends. This will also lead SEO ‘s and website content writers to write good quality content if they want their websites to rank well and receive good amount of traffic as it's a human nature to go with the recommended things from friends and family. So now there is no scope for stuffing content with keywords or copying it from some other source. Google panda update also adds to this by penalizing the websites with copied or spam content.
