Justin Bieber seemed to have injured his knees during one of his performance recently. He unfortunately got himself hurt during his concert which was held in Cleveland,USA few days ago.

Local report suggested that Justin Bieber was caught limping at the end of his performance which lasted a whole 90 minutes at the Cleveland State University Wolstein Center. According to him, he accidentally twisted his knee and the condition was quite bad.

Although he was suffering a knee injury, he managed to complete his performance and was even able to throw in "Baby" together with lots of confetti surrounding the concert. A representative from Justin Bieber's team was hoping the the injury would be only a bad sprain. Another however has not responded to MTV News request for comments at the time of press.

Despite having very little information of the incident, a source informed E! that as soon as Justin Bieber finished performing at the concert, he got himself heading straight towards his tour bus to take a rest. Justin Bieber's next concert would be at the Norfolk Scope Arena on Saturday.

Its surprising but this is not the first time Justin Bieber suffered an injury on stage. Somewhere last year,Bieber managed to injure himself and even broke his foot during a show held in London where he was to open for another well-known singer Taylor Swift at the Wembley Arena.
Bieber then tweeted the following message once his concert was over mentioning n the last song, 'One Time,' I tripped over something onstage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way. Turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot."

Lets hope the injury doesn't affect his upcoming performance or it might be a let down to his fans.
